This book had something happening around every corner. Meggie finds out that mo really has been keeping a lot of secrets from her, including the fact that she has a magic gift. She longs for her father Mo after he is taken away by Capricorn’s men. She goes to the evil village of Capricorn, Basta, and all his men with her and her father’s friends to trade a book for his freedom, but she gets an unexpected surprise. Will Meggie and Mo defeat the book villain, Capricorn?

I could never put this book down. It pulled me in the second I started to read it. The drama was killing me. It really had me jumping up and down. I think it will do the same for you!
