This book is about 3 children who move to the Spiderwick Estate

where strange things automatically start. The children discover that the recent owner was a man who discovered an unseen realm and they find a field guide that tells about all the monsters that live in it. At the end they meet a faerie and the faerie tells them "the field guide is to important for a mortal to have".

This is a great book and it’s great for anyone who likes books that have mystical beasts in it.
