It is about the Berlin wall and the government of East and West Germany. It takes plays in East Berlin and West Berlin. One Country and one war. If the Berlin Wall was never taken down the war in Germany would not stop. An unknown dictator ruled Germany with an iron fist but when the Americans fight back.
