Goalkeeper in Charge by Matt Christopher Reviewed by Tristan S. (H1) Tina Esparza plays on a soccer team and has two coaches named Pepper and Danielle.  Tina is 12 years old and is very shy.  She was scared when Danielle asked her to be the goalkeeper. I liked this book because it taught how to play soccer better.  It was also about being a team and working together.  Some parts of the book explained soccer skills I already knew, but besides that I liked it.
