Whispering to witches

Whispering to witches is a fantasy book by Anna Dale. The main characters in this book are Twiggy, Joe, and Joe’s little sister. The story takes place in Canterbury, England. Joe’s adventure starts when he takes a train to England to visit his mother. Joe gets off at the wrong stop, and then...well, I won’t give it away.

This book wouldn’t let me stop reading the moment I set eyes on the first page. There is lots of humor (why would you build an aardvark out of paper clips?) And the clever plot held on tight to my interest. If you like fantasy books, and books with lots of humor, you should read whispering to witches.
