I am pleased to inform you that the Regional School District 17 Board of Education has finalized its schedule of Public Input Sessions to receive your ideas regarding the next generation of Strategic Plan (2011-2016) for the Regional School District.

The current plan expires at the end of the 2010-2011 school year and is available for review on the homepage of the district's website at www.rsd17.org.

The Board is specifically seeking your input in five major areas.

Culture & Climate

Resources

Communications

The first two sessions are open to any parents or guardians of elementary and/or secondary level students and have been scheduled as follows.

Elementary Parents - October 26, 2010, 7:00 p.m. @ BES                     

HS Secondary Parents - October 27, 2010, 7:00 p.m. @ HKHS Lower Media

Please note that the Board has also established a specific e-mail address where you can submit your ideas in the event you, or others with whom you are associated, are not able to attend any of the scheduled sessions.
