HK Cougars Touchdown Club

The HK Cougars Touchdown Club was formed to promote and support the Haddam-Killingworth football players and coaches, enhance safety and encourage school and community spirit. The Touchdown Club meets the 2nd Wednesday of the month in the HKHS Lower Media Center at 7pm (no meeting in January).

HKHS Touchdown Club “Buy a Brick” Fund Raiser

The HKHS Touchdown Club is creating a brick pathway, “The Cougar Path,” that leads from the HKHS parking lot down to the lighted field. The Touchdown Club has been the driving force behind the installation of lights on the field. All proceeds from the “Buy a Brick” fundraiser will benefit the on-going effort to install lights on the football field.

Each brick is 4” x 8”. You may choose three lines of type with 16 characters and spaces per line. You may also select any symbol to include, i.e. football, baseball, soccer ball, heart, shamrock, and many more which will constitute 4 characters.

Please consider purchasing a brick for $50 to honor your present, past or future Haddam-Killingworth High School graduate, athlete, or favorite teacher! Or have your family name etched on the “Cougar Path” for all posterity to see! Deadline for the first order is September 30, 2009.
