The
Project Graduation Fundraising Committee
will once again be offering a chance to order wrapping
paper. The
brochures will be sent home at the end of August and
will need to be returned by
Friday October 1st. There will be a
collection box in the office for students to drop off
their envelopes or you may bring them to Open
House.
(Please stop by our table that night!!) The
success of Project Graduation every year is dependant
upon this fundraiser and we are grateful for the support
of the community.
We
will continue with the recycling fundraiser so please
look for the green bins in all of RSD 17 schools and
consider donating used cell phones, ink jet cartridges,
digital cameras, laptops, etc.
If you
an questions, feel free to contact Kathy Strom,
860-345-3398 or KSSTROM@aol.com. Updates
will be added to the Project Graduation link on the
district website.
We
have a great group of volunteers and welcome many more
but need two more very important people ASAP!
Chairpersons for the Decorations and Invitations
Committees are essential and we need these positions
filled! No
experience necessary!!!
Please
contact Kaycee Blancaflor for more information
860-345-7419.
Thank you.
The
Project Graduation meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of each
month at 7pm in the lower media center. The first
meeting is September 14. Watch for the monthly meeting
schedule for the year towards the end of September.
