MISSION STATEMENT
 
       The mission of Haddam-Killingworth High School is to provide a personalized and collective experience through which students are challenged to develop the knowledge, skills, and work ethic to contribute to a global society.

Tuesday, March 8  ONLY

 

 

As you might know, the sophomore class will begin taking their state mandated CAPT tests on Tuesday, March 8.  This yearly administering of CAPT has always created a need for the high school to alter its regular schedule. Here is the agenda for each class for MARCH 8 only.

 

7:45- 10:15

 

Freshmen Class - take a CAPT practice test using previously released CAPT items.

 

Sophomore Class - take the actual CAPT test (Interdisciplinary Writing and Reading for Information.

 

Junior Class - Take the Princeton Review Practice SATs or Accu-Placer

 

Senior Class ONLY - optional late arrival to school.  Students who drive to school or who are driven to school should arrive here by 10:15 and report to B period class.  Students who get transported by bus should take your regular bus and arrive at school at the normal time.  We will have you set up in the cafeteria. There will be no special bus runs that day.

 

From 10:20 on, classes will run according to the schedule below:

 

                            B Period                 10:20-11:20

                            Lunch/activity         11:25-12:05

                            E Period                 12:10-  1:10

                                   F Period                        1:15-  2:10
