Booth Fee: $55.00 if payment is received on or before September
1, 2010

if payment is received after September 1, 2010
NO TABLES WILL BE PROVIDED. Due to
room restrictions, most spaces will be approximately 10 feet across and
10 feet deep. You can request a double booth. If you require
a space larger than a double booth, please contact the chairperson as there
will be an added charge based on the additional space required.
The new HK Middle School complex is conveniently located directly on Route
81(Route 81 is Killingworth Road), just minutes from Route 9, Exit 9.
The show is open to all types of crafters. It will be a juried show
with limitations within categories as necessary to avoid over-duplication. Please
be as specific as possible on the application when describing your hand crafted
items.
Applications will be accepted until the show has filled. Letters of
acceptance, additional detailed information and directions will be mailed
as soon as the committee accepts your application. Look for the letter
sometime in late August or early September.
We will issue a refund for any crafters who cancel by October 1, 2010. There
will be no refunds for any crafters who cancel after that time.
Please send your completed application, a picture of your crafted item (pictures
are not necessary if you have participated in the past 2 years), and your check
payable to HKMS PTO to:
